The Boogey man or is it weatherman

So now the threat is a snowstorm/hurricane to hit the East coast next week, probably on Tuesday.  Just in time for Trick-or-treat!  How lovely.  So glad I don't have any little ones to torment me while this happens.  If it happens.

I won't tempt fate - not after last year.  Oct 29th was quite a surprise and I don't want to shovel 12 " of snow again so early.  I love snow but in increments of 6" is pleasant.  It's usually too wet this early.

I will, however, be knitting prepared. There's plenty of food in the house.  But I must check out the chocolate stash and of course line up the projects.  I literally mean - line- them -up.  On the couch next to me so I can admire, fret, move from one to another.

Oh wait, I only have one on the needles.  Gasp!!! What is wrong with me?  Okay I fixed it.  Just started a new design of a lace sampler scarf.  I feel better now.  Whew!!
That was like the Trick instead of treat.

Happy Halloween everyone.  Hope you too are prepared for whatever may come.  Be safe and smart.  Stop here first before the yarn shop.  It's great diet control!
