June is busting out all over...

Sometimes I just want to "bust" out in song and I realize that I shouldn't punish everyone else.  So I quietly hum to myself. And I feel like June is bustin out- all over!  Flowers are bloomin', weather is beautiful...

Just this week we got the new Noro Premiere magazine in.  I was like a kid in the candy store.  Oh my!  Which one first?  Can I knit them all at one time.  Oh and finish the 3 or 4 other projects on needles.  Am I a magician?

Then the Knitcene Accessories arrived.  Talk about punishment.  I am so overwhelmed right now I can't think straight.  Both of these followed the new Knitter's.  Sometimes it feels like feast  or famine.  I know, I know too many cliches!

Some days....

We are finally drying out after the weekend mishap.  While Honey & I were away in Dayton Ohio for #4 grandson's High School graduation, the hot water heater at the shop decided to leak.  Fortunately,
assistants Marcia and Rae-Ann made a pit stop because Marcia had a - well- YARN EMERGENCY!!
Little did they know what kind of a mess they would find.  So they rescued yarns, etc and turned off all the valves they could (except the one that really needed it) and they tried, really tried.  But the valve just wouldn't turn.  Wouldn't ya know?  Then they called me.  We were just walking out of the Nutter Center from graduation among 5000+ people.

Called son-in-law to be John and he went over - got the valve turned off.  Saved the day all of them - really!  Can you imagine wet wool left alone for 3 days???? Thankfully, none was lost.

So now we can push ahead and start to plan some really neat project and classes.  Stay tuned.

Oh, new classes being added as we speak!
