Last night's storm struck Shiremanstown hard. The lightning hit a transformer very near the shop and knocked out the power (I am writing from home) for several blocks and businesses. Venturing down this morn to see if I could open I was greeted by crews of residents cleaning up the streets and sidewalks, helping neighbors clean up the mess left behind. Turned the key and... no lights!
So we are closed today. Power crews are hard at work trying to restore power. Hopefully, we will back up and running on Tuesday. thanks for your patience.
