It's that time of year when thoughts start to turn away from vacations (if you're lucky to have been on one) and towards fall activities such as school, sports, band etc. Lots of time waiting to drop-off or pick-up kids. Lots of time to get a head start on holiday projects. Yes, it's not too far away.
It's also time for the class schedule which is a little behind this year. We've had a small curve in the road. Many of you know Rae Ann, who teaches for me. Well, she's headed off to Orlando FL for a year with daughter, Elizabeth. Elizabeth got a wonderful opportunity with the Orlando ballet and we're so proud of her efforts. However, this means Rae Ann will be missing from the line-up and so adjustments are being made. In between tears and pouting, I'm getting things done.
So please join us on Aug 14th to say See ya and safe journey. We're planning on gathering during the regularly schedule Knit & Chat. So drop in, make sure she has your Rav name and chat a few.
We'll be seeing her occasionally and hopefully it's not permanent. But in the meantime, it's bittersweet.
Oh and while you're there, check out the new yarns coming in.
See you then.
