Giving thanks

Thanks to all the friends I've made during the last 4 years and all the beautiful kniiting and crocheting projects that they've all shared with me. I hope that the coming year is a healthy and happy one for all.

Grandson #2 has graduated from Basic training and is now going to sunny Pensacola for further training. We are so proud of him. As we are proud of all of our kids and grandkids.

And now... start your engines. The cooking and baking has started for T-day. So it's time to plan the strategy for, gulp, Fridayyy... We will be open from 10-8 and there will be specials available. Stop in and get a unique gift for that special someone who knits or crochets. Or get the makings of a really unique gift to give to someone else. Please take time to support the local merchants so we can continue to support the community.

We are continuing the preemie caps drive for the local hospitals. So if you'd like to donate a hat, just frop it off and we'll get it to the hospital. It always makes one feel better to give a little at this time of year.

Thanks to all who participated in shop.bid.buy. It was our first experience but a good one.
