Fall Classes

Woohoo! am I proud of me. Got the class schedule done before Friday. Either I'm not knitting enough (never!) or not enough customers OR I'm getting better at typing. Who woulda thought. I'm not afraid of the computer but I'm not that good. I'd much rather be knitting.

Anyhoo, the schedule is up in the store and will on-line shortly. Matt's (my 'puter savior) working his fingers to the bone for you ladies and gents. Some highlights...

FEBRUARY LADY SWEATER: As seen on Ravelry, this is an adult adaptation of EZ’s baby surprise jacket. This top-down cardigan also employs a lace pattern that is not difficult but does keep the mind occupied.

ENTRELAC SCARF: Always wanted to know how they do that? It’s easier than it looks. Join in to find out the ‘secret’. All knitting and no purling involved. Makes a wonderful present for someone special. Sample used self-striping Silk Garden yarn and it’s fun to watch the yarn make stripes all by itself.

I can't wait to find out when the classes are scheduled for the lady sweater! I already bought my yarn and did two swatches for gauge...I am ready! I love taking classes at Colonial Yarn Shop, it is so cozy and comfortable!
